Project Overview:

 

575 Benton Street by Prometheus includes 355 apartment units and includes approximately 22,000 square feet of retail space and 650 parking spaces. The plan would allow preservation of two historic single-family houses located at 3410 The Alameda and 3370 The Alameda on the project site 

 

575 Benton Street scored 2.86 out of 5 overall from our Project Advocacy Committee members.
