East Santa Clara St. Master Plan Overview:

 

East Santa Clara Street Master Plan by Santa Clara County and the Santa Clara County Housing Authority includes 500-800 dwelling units, over 350,000 square feet of office space, a conglomerate of public spaces, and approximately 4,000-10,000 square feet of long-term retail on a 12-acre site.

Project Update: The Santa Clara County Housing Authority has submitted designs for there section of the site which include 660 affordable homes and 5,500 sq ft of retail. Please see our 675 East Santa Clara by Santa Clara County Housing Authority page for details.
